A mediator shares the power of divorce coaching
A few weeks ago, I had the pleasure to meet with Rachel Green, JD. who can be found at www.mediate2resolution.com. Rachel has been a divorce mediator for over 25 years. She has seen the power of alternate dispute resolution in family mediation and has also experienced where and when it doesn’t work or could work better. In our interview for her podcast, Keep the Kids in Mind, she talks candidly about some challenging cases, and I share how I might work with these tough clients to move them through their stuck places. It is about shifting focus, raising awareness, and identifying values and vision. We all get stuck - that’s part of being human. But when getting stuck becomes our comfort zone - the zone we can’t seem to get out of - that’s when we need the nudge to put on our oxygen mask and get that outside help to let us breathe a little more freely so we can move forward, with purpose, passion, and clarity. Take a look at our interview.
